A Bot for ActionBuilder Support

My day job is Data & Technology Manager at Michigan United. We are a statewide 501c3/c4 and you can read the rest here.

A few months back, we were looking at changing membership databases and ActionBuilder came up as an option. It's a cool tool, but we ran out of time prior to the election to make the move.

What you see below is a bot I created as a supplement to the training program we were planning. I took all of their training material as well as the transcripts from a series of training videos. If you're a non-profit type that knows the platform, take a crack at how well it performs.
